AstroDrishti Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the AstroDrishti mobile application ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use and uninstall the Application.

2. Account Registration & Authentication

To access personalized astrology charts and profile-based insights, you must register an account using your mobile phone number or Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your mobile device and authentication sessions.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security compromise regarding your account.

3. User Responsibilities & Accuracy of Birth Data

AstroDrishti calculates astrological charts and interpretations based strictly on the birth date, birth time, and birth location provided by you. Because Vedic astrological calculations (including the Ascendant/Lagna, house cusps, and operating Dasha periods) are sensitive to exact coordinates and time:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of all birth information entered into your profile.
• AstroDrishti cannot guarantee meaningful, accurate, or relevant astrological readings if incorrect or estimated birth information is supplied.

4. Informational Nature of Astrology Content

AstroDrishti does not provide medical, psychological, financial, investment, or legal advice. Astrological interpretations should never be relied upon as a substitute for professional counsel from licensed physicians, lawyers, certified financial planners, or other qualified professionals.

5. No Guarantee of Predictions or Outcomes

Astrology is a traditional interpretive discipline based on celestial planetary positions and classical Vedic literature. AstroDrishti makes no representations, guarantees, or warranties regarding the certainty, accuracy, or occurrence of any astrological predictions or transit outcomes. Any decisions or actions you take based on information provided in the Application are taken at your own discretion and sole risk.

6. Push Notifications & Alerts

The Application offers push notifications for daily Panchanga updates, planetary transits, and operational notices. You may customize or disable notifications at any time via your device settings or through the in-app preferences. AstroDrishti is not liable for missed notifications resulting from device settings, battery optimization policies, or network outages.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or proprietary calculation algorithms of the Application.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or unauthorized tools to extract data from the Application or its APIs.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overburden the Application's servers, networks, or connected infrastructure.
• Use the Application for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

AstroDrishti and its licensors retain all applicable rights in the software, user interface, graphics, branding, text, calculation methods, and other content provided through the Application.

9. Account Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in unauthorized API abuse. You may request deletion of your AstroDrishti account and associated personal data at any time using the account deletion process described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AstroDrishti is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AstroDrishti, its operators, developers, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Application following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
